A chocolate and coffee frosting, that can be used on cakes, cookies or anything else needing a coffee touch. This frosting has a nicely smooth texture and should spread easily.
Ingredients:
* 1 tsp coffee crystals
* 1/4 cup milk or cream
* 1/4 cup cocoa powder
* 5 cups confectioners sugar
* 6 tbs butter
* 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation:
Blend everything together until smooth and spreadable. Makes enough for a 13x9 cake.
