This Irish cream coffee cocktail recipe whips up fast, using instant coffee. A bit of cocoa also makes it a bit creamier too.
Ingredients:
* 1 tbs instant coffee
* 1 1/2 tbs hot cocoa powder
* 1/2 oz Irish cream
* 3/4 cup water, boiling
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a mug and serve.
